Felt this was needed after the knee injury I just suffered. I’ve been doing a great job at staying positive so far. Just need to keep it up.

My eventful night last night. 
Orthopedic surgeon stitched the cartilage back together. 
Swelling is uncomfortable today and not being able to bend my knee sucks. Considering I live in a 3 story townhouse just makes it worse. 
On the bright side…. 2-4 weeks for recovery and then I can start to bend my knee and go through rehab.

My eventful night last night.

New Gym Today

Just got home from a GREAT Legs Day at a new gym.

I live in San Marcos, Texas and go to Texas State University. I usually use the Student Rec Center which is amazing here but it is closed for the break.

SMAC
Today I paid $2 to workout at San Marcos Athletic Center which is a fairly small facility but they have all the old school equipment that you need. Even through its packed in pretty tight it wasn’t a problem at all.
They have also trained a ton of body builders, power lifters, physique models and all the others since 1976. So they know their shit there.

Smaller warehouse type gyms just give me a great feeling. They had the warehouse doors raised and it just gives you the feel of a hardcore no nonsense gym. Perfect.

Bedtime Shake

Sitting here watching the Baylor vs. UCLA bowl game miserably trying to finish my shake before bed.
Bulking for me means eating all day and being miserably full ALL day.
But in order to prepare for the upcoming NPC season it’s what I need to do.
Still haven’t picked exactly which show I’ll do yet but I will soon.
